Head of the department of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS, young scientist, doctor of philosophy in political sciences, associate professor Gunel Malikli in Yasamal District Executive Power on the occasion of February 2-Azerbaijan Youth Day - was awarded a special Honorary Diploma by the head of the Yasamal District Executive Power Elshad Hasanov for his organizational and public activities.
