Opening the Seminar by his speech, doctor of philosophical sciences Fuzuli Gurbanov gave the floor to Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor Ilham Mammadzadeh.
Speaking about the Shusha Declaration, the speaker touched upon the political and philosophical aspects of it, the approach of the international community to this issue, and noted the future prospects of the political usefulness of the 3 + 3 concept. He also spoke about the new relations established in the region, the importance of the Zangazur corridor and analyzed the new realities in the region. He said the communications opened the way to peace, which served the formation of a new culture in the South Caucasus, adding that the Shusha Declaration played a key role in future international relations.
