Professor Rafiga Azimova attended the scientific conference

Baku State University (BSU) hosted a Republican scientific conference on "Philosophy of natural sciences at the junction of social and humanitarian sciences" dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Professor Izzet Rustamov.
Speaking at the event, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev congratulated Izzet Rustamov on the anniversary and noted his great contribution to the public life of the University: "Izzet Rustamov is dear to everyone. He as a statesman, philosopher and teacher has risen to the top of the elders. "
Reminding that Izzet Rustamov's activity was highly appreciated by the country's leadership, he was awarded a number of orders and medals.
Then Rector Elchin Babayev awarded Izzet Rustamov with an honorary diploma.
Along with the scientists of BSU, the head of the department of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS, Doctor of philosophical sciences, Professor Rafiga Azimova spoke on "The main directions of sociological research at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology".
